Cool Cities (Al Bateen Wharf)

Tourism development and Investment Company, have many ideas to develop Abu Dhabi, such as Grand Corniche Hotel, The Legoon Hotel & Offices, Al Bateen Wharf and more and more. In this essay I will talk about Al Bateen Wharf. It's will be signature waterfront destination with a san-Francisco- style Fishermen's. Also there will be marina and 5 stars hotel complex for tourism. The tourism development and Investment Company will put some good facilities in Al Bateen Wharf. For example, 400 hotel rooms serviced residential wing with 200 apartments and deluxe poolside and executive town homes. Also the more interesting facilities that's Berths for 285 fishing boats and 38 racing dhows. And about the features the company apply there health club and shipyard showcasing the ancient skills of Arabian dhow building. Also there are Hydraulic lift and Maintenance shed. In my opinion I think this project will impact a lot of positive and negative things, the positive side, and the company that will build in AD. The positive thing of AD is that it has a great status between other countries and nation. That will lead to an increase of the tourist's rate. However the negative side there will be increasing in many things such as traffic crowded. Also, there is one negative point left, when the company will start their project they should Destroy some building, so some people have to change there home location.
